GROUPE GAZ DE GIRONDE , employing about twenty people, offers a complete range of services for the installation, maintenance and repair of gas heating and hot water production appliances, for private individuals throughout the Bordeaux metropolitan area, particularly in the small downtown of Bordeaux. Taken over by Mr. Christophe Lataste in 2003, a local entrepreneur who had notably bought and sold LOU GASCOUN, the company has structured itself and diversified into the various field of energy. <\/p>\n\n\n\n


It is well known by the Bordeaux inhabitants through one of its brands, RAMOUNA ENERGIES;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

This beautiful company has been sold to ENGIE HOME SERVICES (turnover of 600M\u20ac), leader in France in the maintenance and repair of heating systems for individuals, and subsidiary of the ENGIE GROUP. The ENGIE HOME SERVICES group is a key player in ENGIE\u2019s ambition to become the benchmark energy company by 2024, helping its private customers to consume less and better.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

MBA Capital Bordeaux was mandated to set up a competitive sale process with industrials and individuals : contact with the targets, information management through an electronic dataroom, negotiation of offers and sale conditions.
