KARSAN & COSMOBILIS partner for a strategic move in the green mobility

COSMOBILIS, a European leader of mobility, partners with the Turkish Original Equipment Manufacturer via the takeover of 80% of HCI, its French based dealership for France, Belgium, Luxembourg and Switzerland. M. Lionel POCH, shareholder and general manager of HCI, will be supporting this strategic move.

Smart cities and green mobility as joint targets:

COSMOBILIS widens its scope to services towards passengers and municipalities; the Group also intends to contribute to ambitious targets in terms of green mobility and CO2 reduction.

COSMOBILIS to launch a new import business:

On top of being already a core dealer for private and heavy vehicles, COSMOBILIS becomes an importer in four countries; this constitutes a new activity which could be duplicated to private vehicles across Europe.
