MBA Capital acted as advisers on the sale of TUYAUTERIE INDUSTRIELLE SOUDURE (T.I.S.) to GESTAL group

The operation will enable T.I.S. to pursue its strong development while being supported by an industrial group.

TUYAUTERIE INDUSTRIELLE SOUDURE is located near Castres (South-Western France) and has specialized in piping, welding, ironwork and boiler making for industrial installations since 1996. Thanks to its team of thirty qualified employees, it carries out both new projects and industrial maintenance for various sectors such as the pharmaceutical, chemical, food, hygiene and energy industries. T.I.S. works for blue ship companies such as PIERRE FABRE, LABEYRIE, ENGIE, BOEHRINGER INGELHEIM and ANDROS.

T.I.S. was taken over in 2018 by Mr. Christopher Guillon, previously a business manager within the company, and has rapidly expanded throughout South-Western France.

MBA Capital Bordeaux was asked to set up a competitive sale process with human-sized industrial groups. MBA Capital's objective was to find a buyer offering the best conditions while ensuring the continuity and supporting the growth of the company. The sale to the GESTAL group, a multi-business and multi-sector player in the field of services to industry with 600 employees, was finalized on December 29th, 2021.

Christopher Guillon, Chairman of T.I.S., will continue to manage the company:
