M&A advisory and Financial Engineering in Occitanie and Nouvelle-Aquitaine regions

The Bordeaux office was created in 1987, and has advised on nearly 200 transfers, acquisitions or fundraisings to a clientele of SMEs and mid-cap companies. It covers the whole of the Nouvelle-Aquitaine and Occitanie regions.

It is directed by Isabelle ARNAUD-DESPREAUXwho has nearly 30 years of experience in M&A consulting in France and abroad. Having actively participated in the creation and development of the M&A Worldwide network, Isabelle also leads the Transport and Logistics sector group at the international level.

Isabelle is accompanied byAlexis Fenêtre senior analyst and Juliette Despréaux business developer.

While remaining generalists, the team members have particular expertise in the fields of wine, wood, IT, logistics, tourism, health and food processing.
