Specialized for more than 30 years in advising managers of small and medium-sized companies with 20 to 200 employees, MBA Capital Caen has accompanied more than 120 transfer operations.

The story begins in 1990. Phillipe BROTONS, creates the first transfers-acquisitions advisory firm in Normandy. In 1998, he and several other M&A professionals in the region had the idea of pooling their skills, working closely together and joining forces.
MBA Capital, a national network of independents serving executives, was born.

This initial conviction guarantees our proximity, our independence, the absence of conflicts of interest and an obligation to succeed. It remains the driving force behind MBA Capital's Caen office, which is now managed by Valérie LEGENTIL who accounts for more than 25 years of experience in financial consulting for SMEs and mid-cap companies in Normandy.

According to a rigorous method, we advise our clients throughout the process on the fiscal, financial and technical aspects of the negotiation. We follow an economic logic of rapprochement in the search for counterparties, while taking particular care of the human and family aspects. The goal is to optimize the financial and operational aspects of the project and the scope of the transaction.
