Created in 1992 and animated since 1998 by Florent CHARLET, and joined by Nicolas BONNEL in 2012, MBA CAPITAL LILLE covers the Hauts de France region from its location in Villeneuve d'Ascq, in the heart of the European Metropolis of Lille.

MBA CAPITAL LILLE intervenes mainly in majority transfers, for Family companies (60% of its activity), and in mergers and acquisitions & fundraising operations for mid-cap companies.

After 11 years in Corporate Finance (ING, NATEXIS), Florent CHARLET founded the MBA CAPITAL network in 1998 with 8 partners in major cities. He is active in the construction, transport and logistics, ESN and B2B distribution sectors, and has completed more than 150 transactions for small and medium-sized companies. He has developed a valuation activity of unlisted securities for many families in the region.

Nicolas BONNEL, with 17 years of experience in international finance management at AB Inbev (the world's leading beer company), brings to the table an expertise in the food and beverage sector, complemented by experience in the implementation of business plans for acquisition or fundraising assignments. After having completed 50 transactions for AB Inbev, Nicolas BONNEL has advised on some 20 transactions at MBA Capital, notably in the food & beverage, industry, automotive, engineering, real estate, trade, pro soccer and services sectors.

Nicolas BONNEL and Florent CHARLET also accompany regional mid-cap companies in their international expansion with the support of M&A Worldwide present in 45 countries.
