With 14 years of operational experience in business development, Dominique worked for 8 years as a partner or manager in regional or national investment funds.

The firm advises and assists its clients on all equity issues (transfers,, mergers and acquisitions, fundraising, financial engineering, advisory in several fields, structured finance) with a specialization on targeted acquisitions for industrials or individuals.
The projects carried out - more than sixty - vary greatly in length depending on the subjects dealt with.
