GROUPE GAZ DE GIRONDE, employant une vingtaine de personnes, propose une gamme complète de prestations d’installation, d’entretien et de réparation d’appareils à gaz de chauffage et de production d’eau chaude, à destination des particuliers de toute la métropole bordelaise, et notamment dans l’hypercentre de Bordeaux. Reprise par M. Christophe Lataste en 2003, entrepreneur local qui avait notamment racheté et cédé LOU GASCOUN, elle s’est structurée et diversifiée dans les différents domaines de l’énergie.
Elle est bien connue des bordelais à travers l’une de ses marques, RAMOUNA ENERGIES.

MBA Capital Bordeaux was mandated to set up a competitive sale process with industrials and individuals : contact with the targets, information management through an electronic dataroom, negotiation of offers and sale conditions. MBA Capital’s objective was to find a buyer likely to offer the best conditions required to ensure the company’s durability and future development, which was achieved within the planned timeframe and framework.
