The Bordeaux office was created in 1987, and has advised on nearly 200 transfers, acquisitions or fundraisings to a clientele of SMEs and mid-cap companies. It covers the whole of the Nouvelle-Aquitaine and Occitanie regions.

It is directed by Isabelle ARNAUD-DESPREAUX, qui compte près de 30 ans d’expérience de conseil en fusions-acquisitions, en France et à l’étranger. Ayant participé activement à la création et au développement du réseau M&A Worldwide, Isabelle anime également le groupe sectoriel Transport et Logistique au niveau international.

Isabelle is accompanied byAlexis Fenêtre senior analyst and Juliette Despréaux business developer.
