Advised by MBA Capital Bordeaux, the ALIÉNOR group strengthens its equity capital with Initiative & Finance

This fund raising will allow the group, which offers a single point of entry to all project owners whatever their construction or rehabilitation project, to pursue its acquisition policy.

A capital increase to pursue an ambitious development and acquisition strategy

With more than 150 employees and a turnover of nearly €30 million, the ALIÉNOR group is experiencing strong development of its turnover, both through internal growth and through acquisitions, at a rate of 2 to 3 operations per year. Operating in the relatively fragmented sector of Design Office - Building Engineering, the two forty-year-old managers Vincent Bernard and Manuel Vinatier are pursuing a proactive policy of targeted acquisitions, following two strategic lines:

  • • to complete the group's territorial coverage,
  • • to complete its portfolio of activities, both in design and construction supervision.

On 22 March 2022, Initiative & Finance strengthened the equity of the ALIÉNOR group through a capital increase, in order to pursue and accelerate external growth in its two strategic lines by enabling the acquisition of a very active and recognized target of players in the mass retailing sector. On this occasion, a couple of managers will also enter the capital.

MBA Capital Bordeaux's expertise in Private Equity funds to advise the capital increase

The ALIÉNOR group, a key player in the building sector.

Initially born in 2008 as an integrated Design Office within a developer and manager of nursing and retirement homes, the skills of ALIÉNOR and in-depth knowledge of building project management enables it to perfectly understand the needs and requirements of its clients today. Taken over by its two young current directors in 2015, Vincent Bernard and Manuel Vinatier, it operates in the construction sector and offers a full range of Design Office - Building Engineering activities (structure, fluids, utility networks, economics, scheduling, piloting and coordination), from feasibility study to technical project management and general contracting through its various subsidiaries. it provides all the expertise required to put together a project management team. It is organized into regional agencies (Paris, Bordeaux, Toulouse, Lyon and Aix-en-Provence) and business divisions (Building, Industry, Wine, General Contracting, Mass Retailing).
